Google Scholar Citations

Google Scholar has just gone fully live with its new Google Scholar Citations service. Authors can create a private or public profile, track citations to their publications and follow publications by colleagues.

QMU Research Support lunch




The LRC will be hosting a drop-in lunchtime session from 12-2pm on Tuesday 15th November for QMU research staff. The UKDA has just released a 3rd edition of Managing and sharing data: best practice for researchers . This gives researchers a good overview of how to best manage their data when they are in the research project process, and also advises on how to effectively share data, which is becoming more of a priority with research funding bodies.

2000th paper in eResearch

The eResearch repository team, here at Queen Margaret University, was delighted to hit the 2000th deposit milestone today. The paper was deposited by Professor Brian Hay (visiting professor to the Division of Business, Enterprise & Management), and is a peer-reviewed, open access conference paper.
